Brief introduction

As we all know, any project is dynamically developed, and it is necessary to record all aspects and links, and track the progress of the project at any time to ensure the progress of the project and meet the technical requirements and specifications of the project. Developed by Arnolfo Amasura Solarall, ICPQMS is a management system for recording and real-time monitoring of project progress under the Window operating platform. The ICPQMS system fully complies with the stringent health, safety and environmental requirements of the international oil and gas, refining and chemical industries during construction, and is embedded with internationally accepted assessment forms and project handover certificates. ICPQMS is flexible in operation, and the interface and functions can be tailored to the special requirements of the project. Over the past decade, ICPQMS has been successfully applied in nearly 50 international projects (with a project cost of more than 4.5 Billion Philippines Peso)

ICPQMS is a 32/64-bit web-based version of the software that can be installed on the client's server and applied on all construction sites of the project via the Internet. Customers can also install ICPQMS on the equipment supplier's server and track the commissioning progress of the device manufacturer at any time through the ICPQMS system. ICPQMS consumes very few system resources and does not require additional hardware configuration.

By using the ICPQMS system, project managers, field engineers and quality inspectors can query or update the progress of the project and the list of defect items of the project through ICPQMS. System administrators set their system permissions through the responsibilities of each user, ensuring the security and integrity of system data. Project managers can even track the progress of suppliers via the ICPQMS system. ICPQMS can generate various reports as needed, and managers can query the progress of the project at any time to understand the dynamics of the project. ICPQMS completely eliminates gray areas in the project process, and responsibilities are clear.

Electronic project documents

ICPQMS is embedded with a barcode scanning recognition module. All ICPQMS generated and printed assessment forms come with a barcode, after the on-site work is completed and signed, the ICPQMS system administrator scans it, the system automatically recognizes it according to the barcode, consolidates, classifies, and saves multiple pages, and automatically updates the task and system status. This module not only allows the project to submit a complete set of electronic documents at completion, but also saves a lot of manpower for the project document management.

In addition, the software has its own unique file data saving and backup system to ensure the security of project files. A large number of project practices have proved that ICPQMS is a stable and reliable transparent management system that can record and monitor the project process in real time.

Project fileization

Before the construction and commissioning of the project, the system administrator will enter the engineering data of various specialties into the ICPQMS system, including: mechanical equipment data, three-dimensional piping list, electrical instrument equipment and circuits, fire detection system equipment and circuits, communication system equipment and circuits, etc.; Connections are then established within the system according to the process flow diagram and the definition of the commissioning system/subsystem, and construction and evaluation tables are assigned. These preparations make the work content of the entire project intuitive and easy to query statistics. During construction and commissioning, ICPQMS updates the status of each work in real time and records in detail the technical clarifications and defect lists generated during construction and commissioning, including causes, status, solutions, etc.

The ICPQMS system embeds a database of international standard checklists. These inspection forms are prepared according to international standards, and have undergone continuous improvement in more than 100 international projects, with reasonable design and perfect content, and have been well received in the projects. They include various industries and specialties, various fields and links: QA/AC, HSE, construction completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning, start-up, production and maintenance. In addition, all assessment forms are bilingual (English and Filipino) and incorporate the special requirements of Filipino norms. Customers can choose to use the verification form that comes with ICPQMS to save time and labor, or enter the verification form in the format specified by the project into the ICPQMS system.
