The PROJECT is Constructed, Commissioned and Certified ready for safe operation.
The PROJECT is provided with a complete and comprehensive set of data for use during the life of an Asset.
ICPQMS is a network and object - structured database management system for maintaining the engineering data and certification status for large or complex projects. ICPQMS has a full set of engineering data for each discipline containing all relevant equipment information. (like data-sheets, etc.) In addition there are data registers that hold all references (project coding, systems, areas - etc.), documentations, procedures, tests, scanned images, pictures and so on. For each phase of the project, equipment - (all disciplines - and types) will have a specific set of procedures and tests attached - inspection and work that has to be done. Since ICPQMS contains most of these tests and procedures all scope of work can be planned well in advance for all phases.
The management and control of information and data is vital to the successful operation of the completions and commissioning activities. The data population of ICPQMS therefore must be coordinated and controlled at each location, ensuring that information and data is checked and validated routinely. There will be information updates throughout the life of the project, and it is proposed that completions system management may be a Project single point responsibility at each location. Solarall Solar Energy can supply a dedicated Windows NT server with all necessary software and with a configuration optimised to the requirement of the project.
ICPQMS has a built in "Lexical" analyser to ensure that all data entered or updated conforms to the Engineering Data Classification Coding system as set-up by the Project.
ICPQMS has build-in powerful data-capture applications and has established routines to perform the following data transfer functions:
Transfer and load all engineering data from either single or multiple Engineering contractors databases.
Data import is done in three steps to optimise the transfer and provide a change control system:
Data is read into memory and is shown in a tabular format, without limitations in number of lines or records. More than one million records have been handled.
The imported data is compared to the existing data and any differences are presented to the user. This reduces import and gives the project an exact discrepancy or change report upon each transfer. This utility optimises any handling of multi sites project in transfers to any remote location.
The import can be sorted, analysed, quality controlled and accepted before being moved into the databases.
Transfer data back to the operators maintenance management systems.
Transfer of progress data to Projects planning system (typically Artemis / MS Project)
ICPQMS is ideally suited to coordinate and maintain the engineering data from multiple engineering and fabrication contractors, and vendors.
Where necessary ICPQMS software may be issued to vendors and contractors to ensure that all requirements for data are met and to verify that the supplied data is controlled to comply with the format specified in the Project procedures.
ICPQMS can independently monitor the following:
Project certification
Certified equipment
Equipment Preservation
Safety related devices
Trip & Alarm (Setpoint) for control instruments
Design changes related to systems, area, engineering data and documents
Projects Queries related to systems, areas, engineering data and documents
Construction Completion status (Mechanical Completion)
Non-Conformances or Punchlist Control
Commissioning status
In addition ICPQMS has an efficient method for the entry/update of engineering data established during the Construction and Completions of the Project to ensure that the field/operators requirements for data are met.
ICPQMS is able to maintain and list all documents related to each tag, system/sub-system Completions and handover package.
In addition the ICPQMS has the following interfaces in order to store and retrieve data from other mediums, in particular for use in the generation of commissioning procedures and operations manuals.
Interfaces to all Windows based Word Processors / Spread Sheet Packages
Interfaces to all Windows based CAD/drawing packs.
Interfaces with E-mail systems.
Scanning
ICPQMS has been developed further and nearly all the code have rewritten to meet new standards and to be able to run ICPQMS over the internet. In addition, we have been aiming at greater independence with regard to platform (Windows/Linux) and other databases. Furthermore we have taken the experience over the years and included other useful functionality that has the potential of greatly reducing required manpower as well as the number of user errors that may occur when handling vast amounts of data and documents.
ICPQMS-32 now includes an option, scanning software with Barcode recognition that can be used with signing off, organising and storing all procedures and documents produced by ICPQMS when work is completed in the field by technicians.
This option will save the project thousand of hours in simplified handling and statusing of all documents. At the same time the project will have a full electronic copy of all installation, calibration records, functional tests and certificates. (ICPQMS will serve as a Certification and document Portal)
ICPQMS been developed to perform the following print functions:
Certificates
Generate and print standard certificates direct from the ICPQMS complete with all necessary engineering data required for both mechanical Completion and Commissioning.
Generate/modify standard and specific certificates for both Mechanical completion and commissioning.
Certificates in Word for Windows are automatically filled in on update.
Non-Conformance or Punchlist printed with photographs.
Full Bar-Code Interface for efficient status recording, scanning and update.
Generate and Print Project Queries
ICPQMS has available the following standard reports:
(All reports are supplied with an ad hoc graph utility)
Standard engineering reports
MC status index, including a listing of all tags/ lines/ cables/ tests within a system/ sub-system or completion package with the status of completion activities and outstanding items.
Report ready for activities. Loops / electrical / piping ready for testing. Scope of work and job-cards.
Report certification % complete for Mechanical Completion and Commissioning by Project milestone by system/ completion package.
Report Outstanding items within a milestone or system/ Completions package, Punch List.
Report Outstanding Technical / Project Queries related to system/ Completions package.
Report the completion and certification of Design changes.
Report preservation / de-preservation activities.
ICPQMS has available an easy to use report generator for the production of ad hoc personal reports (User defined - point and click). Generated reports may also be saved for later use.
Access control ICPQMS has an established control system to prevent unauthorised entry and modification of tables, including Engineering data and Completions and Certification status. Confidential information may also be hidden form any user. Access to ICPQMS is driven by the user login and password.
Different technological solutions are being pursued that will allow electronic authorisation in line with paperless strategy. These include:
Password control
ID swipe cards with or without password
Electronic signatures equipment recognition - based on bar-code scanning principles
Software
Source code can be modified to meet the requirement requested by Client. (New applications/ linking to other databases or run other database platforms).
Fully programmed in C and C++ for optimal speed and support Worldwide. No third party license required. Source code fully owned by Solarall Solar Energy.
Default checklists, certificates and reports to run a project (easily modifiable, both language and layout).
ICPQMS includes a complete and user friendly System Administration Tool Kit to create, modify, design and customise any application required for the Project.
ICPQMS is normally licensed for a project - with unlimited users and copies (sites - vendor).
Oil and Gas industry is a global sector focused on extracting, refining, and distributing fossil fuels, primarily oil and natural gas. It plays a vital role in energy production, but also faces environmental and sustainability challenges as the world transitions toward cleaner energy sources/p>
Solar Plant is a facility where solar panels, which generate electricity from sunlight, are manufactured. These panels are essential for clean and sustainable energy production.
Geothermal plant is a facility that captures the Earth's natural heat from beneath its surface and converts it into clean and renewable energy. This process involves drilling wells to access hot water and steam reservoirs underground, which are then used to drive turbines and generate electricity. Geothermal power is considered environmentally friendly, as it produces minimal greenhouse gas emissions and provides a reliable source of renewable energy.
Construction industry encompasses the planning, design, and building of structures and infrastructure, including homes, buildings, roads, bridges, and more. It plays a vital role in economic growth and development, shaping the world's physical environment
Water/Wastewater industry encompasses activities related to sourcing, treating, and distributing clean water for consumption and managing the collection, treatment, and disposal of wastewater to protect public health and the environment. It plays a vital role in providing safe drinking water and mitigating pollution.
Power Plant is a facility that converts various energy sources into electricity. It plays a crucial role in providing power for homes, businesses, and industries, using fuels like coal, natural gas, or renewable sources such as wind and solar
